Fit Camp is a highly effective FUN way for men and women of all ages to get the body they always wanted but never knew they could have. Fit Camp combines the expertise and benefits of 1 on 1 personal training with the accountability, motivation, and camaraderie that come from exercising within a group of peers. Nobody gets left behind and anyone can participate regardless of age or current fitness level as each camper progresses at his or her pace.

You will be led through 3 workouts weekly, varying in duration from 35-50 minutes. Each session will consist of a warm up workout and cool down. The workouts will be performed in circuit and/or interval fashion revolving around the most innovative uses of bodyweight, balls, dumbbells, bars and bands in the industry.

You can expect absolutely no yelling, screaming, whistles or wannabe drill sergeants. DO NOT confuse our Fit Camps with the trendy boot camps that are sprouting up in all the big chain health clubs.

Each workout can burn 400-700 calories during the workout and hundreds of additional calories while recovering. A skilled fitness professional will continually progress the workouts to constantly challenge your body. This is a key element that most programs are lacking. If you fail to progressively overload the muscle it will never change. Fit Camp is all about change.

Of course results will vary from person to person but on average over a 90-120 day protocol campers should expect to:

  • lose an average of 9-27 pounds of FAT
